Coworkers, Team Leaders and Bosses - The Corporate Bestiary
The official enemies of I Don't Do Overtime: coworkers, team leaders and bosses who won't let you clock out. The org chart as a bestiary.
The bestiary is an org chart: coworkers, team leaders, bosses — in that order, presumably. “Your coworkers, team leaders, and bosses have other plans” — the official enemy list is the corporate hierarchy itself. (Source: Steam store page)
What Is Confirmed?
- Coworkers — the rank and file of the anti-clock-out conspiracy.
- Team leaders — the middle tier.
- Bosses — named with intent; the plural is theirs.
- Absurd encounters and corporate secrets frame the fights. (all: official page)
Behaviours, health and patterns are in-game content we will not invent.
Hierarchy as Difficulty Curve (community analysis)
An org-chart bestiary is a self-describing difficulty ladder: peers first, then management, then leadership — with the cosmic HQ (official) implying the final boss is the company itself. Knockback combat gives each tier a natural identity: peers are herdable crowds, leaders presumably resist shoves, bosses presumably require environment-scale slams. See our combat guide.
